Our story

It started in the pandemic, with flowers as a way to feel connected.

Hi, I'm Farah, a florist turned psychotherapist and the founder of Flwrs for Good.

Flowers became a way to feel close to life, to hope and to other people. A way to explore my inner world, tell stories and bring joy.

I retrained as a florist in 2020 and ran an online flower company making bouquets, arrangements and event flowers. Later I retrained as a psychotherapist, and began bringing flowers, creativity and wellbeing together through flower therapy workshops for individuals, communities and organisations.

Those flowers did good, mostly for one person at a time. Flwrs for Good is about widening that circle: making each bouquet and each workshop part of something that supports people locally and around the world.

  1. Retrained as a florist and launched an online flower company
  2. Began hosting flower therapy workshops alongside my psychotherapy practice, A Space for You Counselling
  3. Flwrs for Good: monthly drops, open workshops and New Seeds
